In 2012 our owners chartered a team of employee volunteers to identify the timeless values that would serve as the foundation of our collective corporate culture. The team agreed that a core ideology must be discovered (not mandated) to be authentic. Each employee was given the opportunity to share their own individual core values, some developed in times of happiness, some in times of great adversity. A great deal of time was spent analyzing the responses and in the end several themes stood out as most core to our people. With this insight in hand, several phrases were crafted that encompassed the responses and organized them into a meaningful framework called the Principles of Progress.We invite you to review our values with the knowledge that these were born from the genuine beliefs of our team members.
